Refund policy

Due to the nature of our fresh food products, breakfast bowls, fresh sauces and perishable items cannot be returned once prepared, dispatched or delivered. If there is an issue with your order, such as a wrong item, missing item or quality problem, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@atahavre.be with your order number and photos if relevant. For merchandise and non-perishable products, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Belgian and European consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
